I lived in this city for five years and was shocked. They love to say "they represent black Americans" but they represent stupidity. The leaders hate to serve their citizens. Higher property tax, higher utility cost, and fines. Almost no police force, trash collection is very limited, permitting is in word only, and the city is run to serve the needs of the local government. I moved as soon as I realized that there was no future within the city limits.
